“Play Date”

“Play Date”

I just loved the adventure of doing this piece. It began with taking a piece of yarn and dipped it in paint laid out on watercolor paper into a variety of shapes. Once I removed the yarn I dreamed and meditated upon it for several days. Suddenly the shapes started to gel together and I added color.  Day by day the colors and shapes began to dance together until this work completed the process and called itself  “Play Date” is a 22″ X 30 ” watercolor and mixed media on paper.
